Condition of documents..
Received overnight docs today from Title Co. for signing I did this evening. I couldn't believe the condition of the documents. Ink splattered on alot of the pages, corners ripped, some were duplexed where the reverse side was upside down - unbelieveable and unprofessional in my opinion! I apologized to the borrowers on the condition of the documents - the borrowers just smiled and said they must have had a bad day. I'm not a perfectionist, but I'm a professional and I would never think to print documents and present them in such poor condition! Just thought I'd share my rant. :-)
