If you have a borrower in NY that's doing a refi for a property in PA, would the acks and/or jurats be the same wording for both states or would I have to attach loose certs appropriate for NY?? I don't have the docs as yet. So it may not be a problem.

You use the certifiaes applicable to your state. If the certs. on the docs. don't comply with your state then do what you normally do.
