Estimated Closing Statement

I know that a non-borrowing spouce has to sign the HUD, TIL, RTC, and DOT (spouces name was not printed on these pages). But when the package comes with an Estimated Settlement Closing Statment and not a Settlement Statement am I right in thinking that the spouce must sign this also?

Not generally...check with the company that contracted you, but usually the non-borrowering spouse only signs those 4 docs, not the settlement statement
