Fees for Title & Attornies???

Hello,
My signing come from signing agencies and we all know the average pay with them and the most you can get. But, I received a call directly from a Title and Attorney company. Were the documents will be overnighted to me. They asked me to send them my invoice and tax papers. My questions are: What should my average fees be when dealing directly with a Title, Escrow and or Attorneys office??? Over night? E-Doc's?

Many Thanx and have a happy 4th

It varies, you might want to check the HUD and see what they have allocated for the notary fee.

$125 is a good starting point, it probably is $150.oo on the HUD. You don't say how much driving is involved.
