Home Association

What is this doc for? did a signing today and this doc was included with notarial wording the borwers did not sign said they are not part of the association.

The documents I have seen will usually also have a box with a statement to the effect that "No, I/we do not belong to any home owner's association." And then they sign this document and sometimes it needs to be notarized and other times not. Just write a note and/or sticky to the receiving agency that they refused to sign this doc.
