I had to chuckle over this ...

I took a signing in the little town where I live. Just got home and looked at the confirmation and additional information. I Quote !

"Ditech requires JURATS for all documents except the deed. You will notarize the Deed.
All other docs you need to put a jurat behind it."

Gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling. Like don't call them for help with a problem.

I recently did a signing for Ditech. They required that ALL the documents nortarized to have a jurat attached (except the DT). Even those documents that already had proper acknowledgment wording. What's up with that?

That is for Ditech, and I have done them before. It just struck me funny that they would want us to add a Jurat to all docs, except the DOT which would be notarized. What do they think a Jurat is?
