I'm Green

I'm new to the field. I have sat in on many closings. I work at a title company but the Office Manager (who hates doing closings himself) won't let me go to daytime closings to learn more. I have an infant and I don't have a flexible sitter yet. Can anyone suggest any seminars or books. I want to make sure I know what everything means so I don't look like an idiot on my first closing by myself. Thanks!!
