I did two signings for them in early July, still too early to tell how they pay though.

Thanks bdinn, I have a signing order for tomorrow and it states that the lender may not pay if the deal does not close. Makes me feel a little uncomfortable!
Was First American Title in Santa Ana involved in your signings? Can you tell me who was the lender and how were they to work with. Thanks

Both the signings involved First American Title in Santa Ana. It was for Oak Street Mtg. From what I remember, the signings finished quickly, each package (e-docs) was only about 50 pages and no fax backs! I questioned LT about the no close/no pay comment and they said as long as I did my part, they would pay me. Hopefully......

I heard great things about them on another board. They pay well and prompt from what I hear. You should be fine!!
