wanted to pay me $30 for a HELOC, can you believe that?

Yes, I can believe it - and so can anyone else who has dealings with Nations Direct.

But, somehow they get signing agents who will accept those fees.

I never in my entire time doing this ever been asked to do a signing for so low...that's even lower than the fee I"m offered to have one deed signed, pretty bad.

They said $30, I came back at my base, then they said "OK, how about $40" and I came back at my base again....they said they would need to get that "approved" I won't be hearing from them again. But, I think I've done deals for them before and got paid at least $50, and that was for a closing down the street.
