Adobe and TitleVest Team to Create Industry-Best Solution For Generating Real Estate Forms July 19, 2005
Launch Set for Fall 2005
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TitleVest Agency, Inc. (www.titlevest.com)has formed an alliance with Adobe Systems Incorporated to create an online program that will generate multiple real estate documents by entering basic information just one time. The launch of the program, which will reside at www.titlevest.com, is scheduled for a Fall 2005 release.
Bill Baron, founder and president of TitleVest, says: "We are thrilled to be working with the world leader in online document technology to make it easier for real estate attorneys and buyers and sellers of real estate to get all their required paperwork filled out faster than ever before."
Such legal forms include contracts of sale, deeds, transfer tax forms, affidavits and other real estate documents required for the buying and selling of real property, Baron said.
"Although that title insurance is not a common market for technology innovation, TitleVest has continued to reset that bar through the use of technology as a market differentiator," said Donald M. Beck, Vice President, who is Adobe's Vice President for North American Solution Sales "We are delighted to team up with an industry leader like TitleVest, which understands the power of technology to help users of its web-based services to save valuable time when producing multiple documents."

And he speaks the truth. It wasn't until 1998 that I even had a computer on my desk. It's much better now, most TC's have tools that allow them to search property, names (as in that infamous 10 yr statement of identity) and SOS information (from notaries to corporation/partnership status) that makes the job much easier; we're finally getting there.
My company is installing a new system in August - before this program launches. I wish I were more techno savvy - what a great niche market for someone who wrote programs and understood the needs of the industry.
