Only the wife showed up for signing tonight.

I called the escrow co and they said to go ahead and have her sign, then the husband tomorrow. She couldn't make it tomorrow. I didn't notarize anything with both their signatures, just had her sign. He'll be signing with tomorrow's date, is this OK to have two different dates?

Notarize the docs and make sure only her name is on the certificate. - Jane Doe ONLY
Then tomorrow attach loose certificates for the husband's signature.

How are the docs dated?
