You have to tell them your taking them to small claims court. That's how I got my money out of them. Never again for me either.

You were right, Kat. I sent an email saying I was taking them to small claims court and all of a sudden ......a miracle! A person actually called me. She said matter-of-factly that that I was on "this week's list for payment. What are the odds. What a way to run a business. My advice for this outfit is to RUN as fast as you can away from them.
