They are very slow to pay, 60 days and I can't get a return call from the Accounting dept. They keep saying they had sent the documents and I finally received them at the 11th hour. The Lendor followed up with me after the closing because they said this time of problem always occurs with this company and that they might not use them again. They lied to the Lender about a few things that did'nt actually happen. I won't be a signing agent for them again. Good luck.
