Small Claims Court Law Suit

I am preparing to file a small claims law suit in Florida for non-payment and would like to have information from anyone in Florida who has been successful at this. This will be my first and I am wondering what the law allows for a “late” fee.

If you are not in Florida, or if you have no knowledge of the subject, please keep your opinions to yourself.

TIA

Have you sent out a letter outlining the original cost, late fee and other expenses?

If the court becomes daunting..turn the deadbeat over to Dunns and Bradstreet..

Thanks, Nicole...I do have this information from the Clerk of the Court in Lake County where the suit will be filed. Appreciate your response.
