I read other posts on this company and believe most everyone would give them a thumbs down because they are slow paying. I just would like to know if anyone has had recent dealings with them and whether or not this is a definite thumbs down.

I did one on 5/31/05 got paid 7/5/05 (pretty much paid in 30 days if you remember holiday weekend) this is speedy closing out of new jersey. They pay each month on the 30th for all work billed the previous month. If you do not get them the invoice before the 30/31, it will be included with the following months budget. ie: done 7/7/05 invoiced 8/1, pay 8/30. It was very clearly spelled out, so I sent my invoice THAT day so I wouldnt have to wait an extra 30 days.

Maybe they are paying , but when they call me they offer $40. Laughable.

They are very pleasant to work for. Overnight docs clean and small package. Raenee is a very polite and helpful.

I've done quite a few through them and never a payment problem. They may take up to 60 days depend on when you did the signing.

Was contacted to do a closing for 75.00 which is below my norm, but it was just down the road. I received the check 1 month later for only $60.00. Im still waiting for a return call from them and the remaining $15.00. They call themselves "the new speedy closing" but ive seen no improvement.

Invoice all closings for the month at the end of the month. Payment of all at end of following month. Starting working for them in April. No problem in payment.

One of my top five clients. Send invoice as contract states on the last day of the month, get my checks by the 20th of the following month. I have so much volume from them, it's a nice check. I charge them $90.00 per signing, but I get at least 10 from them a month. That's a nice check for work in my county. This has been consistent for me since November of last year.
