Titlesearch USA PAID..Woo Hooo

Well after my last fax and certified letter giving till the 7/22 to pay the outstanding invoice and late fee's or I would file theft of service charges and turn it over to my lawyer.. Well look what I got on 7/22, full payment for service and late fee's.

Good luck folks you have to work for this money.

Just out of curiosity, I presume that with respect to your late fees that this was something that Titlesearch USA was aware of at the time of contracting your services?

On my invoices," if payment is not recieved upon agreed time you maybe subjected to a late fee" With Titlesearch when payment was overdue I added the fee and sent a second invoice by fax. By the time my 3rd and 4th invoice was faxed (with copies of the confirm fax reports from prior invoices)it was clear as day.

I think the "Theft of Service" and certified letter shows them you are not fooling around with outstanding balances.
