VA Loan

I have a signing for a refinance thats a VA loan is it any different from a regular refi. does it have a lot of docs. I have never done one before what should I prepare for?

Few extra VA docs, including VA application addendum, approval, and some other miscellaneous disclosures. All-in-all, the same docs as you're used to. Just look carefully at the VA docs for the proper places for the veteran to sign as well as the veteran's spouse (if there is one).
