There are too many variables for an accurate answer - do they want you for a full day, do they set-up the packages and hand them to you ready to sign, etc. Could be VERY lucrative relationship, so bear the 'marketing' future in mind. Consider what you WOULD make in an average day at this point, not what you COULD make (out of office), and establish yourself with them.
It can be a breeze to sit at their table for a day, having pkgs prepped and handed to you, no faxing/copying/printing/driving/etc. Personally, I'd go with a flat 'day' fee, if you want the relationship.

Just so you don't cheat yourself, ask the TC first what they think would be a "fair" fee. They might give you more than what you were thinking.

With me it depends on if they want my services for the day, 3 or 4 or just one. If it's all day I charge them a reasonable hourly fee, if its just one then I charge a flat fee and if its 3 or 4 I discount my fees for them.

For Brenda and Lawrence
What do you consider a reasonable hourly fee? If you prefer you can e-mail me.
