? for Oregon Notaries

I'd like to know more about the NSA business in Oregon, in particular around the Portland area. What's the business like there? Do Oregon Notaries earn less on a loan signing given that acknowledgement fees are $5.00 vs. $10.00 in CA? What does a typical loan signing look like up there? Down here it's $75 to $125 depending. I'm tired of the rat race in CA & thinking of going home to Oregon, any feed back is appreciated. Thanks

I am myself trying to find the answer to this question -- What some people have told me that EScrow officer himself take care of the loan signings - so not much work - I am a new notary and was thinking of doing this work of loan signings - but Do not see any opportunity - let em mw know your expereinces
