IMO Quickbooks Pro is awesome for keeping record of your client base, separate signing job details, includes invoice forms and easy for tracking expenses/income. Must admit if we didn't already have an established family business, I may not have invested the hundreds of dollars. But its very user friendly and I have no complaints. And if you have another business endeavor there's no need to buy another program, only upgrades. Quickbooks supports multiple business structures all within 1 program, without any confusion.

I agree - It also allows you to send invoices via e-mail, the invoice form is relatively easy to set up for your needs - I include the borrowers name and loan number on my invoice forms.

I love Quickbooks. It is very easy to easy and customize. Quickbooks Pro is how I would go.
