Could someone tell me the proper way to have someone sign power of attorney for someone?

search POA there's tons of information. I spent quite some time reading up on this lately.

Check with the tc or the ss. Some of them have certain ways they want you to do it.
Most that I have signed have wanted it "John Smith, by Mary Smith, his attorney in fact"
