thenotarybiz.com
I have checked past posts about thenotarybiz, and was suprised to see that not one person said anything about their fees. I have had several calls from them lately, and they are always below what I consider do-able for e-docs. ($75). Am I missing something here? Do all of you who had great things to say in June, happily do e-docs for $75?

Sheila, my fee is $75 + $25 for e-docs. (Just 'lost' a signing because I asked for a $30 trip fee if Borrowers didn't sign.)
Oh, well!

Did two signings for them;one on Saturday and one this morning. They seem firm about $75 for edocs and $50 for overnite.I never worked for them before so didn't try and negotiate higher fee. They were very pleasant to deal with. Each closing was about 45 minutes and I was happy with the assignments.I have done several in the past couple of weeks that paid alot more, but I am not turning down any jobs unless it is from co's with bad payment reputations! Also,I do believe you need to prove yourself with certain co's before they will pay you more...
