Attaching a Loose Certificate

When you need to add a loose certificate, do you normally write on the document needing it
"see attached" or "see attached loose certificate" or something to that extent?

thanks in advance

Anon:

What do you do when you attach a loose certificate?

Hey - I wish I typed that instead - you're totally right! I must stop spoon feeding. With my luck this morning anon is in San Diego and charging $50 for ameriquest e-docs.

What state are you in?

If you are new please refer to post 33325 and of course your SoS's notary handbook (if any).

I'm in CA. I put a slash thru the incorrectly worded certificate. Then I write in either "see attached acknowledgment" or jurat, as the case may be.

After stapling my certificate to their document I emboss the pages together with a note in the 'optional' section of my form that says "embossed here".
