I did a signing on 05/03/05 for them. Have not gotten paid yet. Getting the "check is in the mail" response. Anyone else having this problem?

I've done a couple of closings for Joanne at J. Lowe Diversified and I didn't have any problems getting paid. Make sure you speak with her because I think they pay the next month after the signing. The 1st closing I got paid lickety split the 2nd closing I was paid the next month. Good luck!

I heard they are going out of business. They might not be, but you might want to call their number, and if they answer, ask if they have filed for or are planning to go out of business.

I've done several for J Lowe and have not had any problems getting paid. They pay a month behind.
