does MIS pay full fee if you spend 2 hours with the borrower to sign two loans, constantly on the phone with the loan officer and the loan officer proceededto tell me not to bother closing the loan and I would be paid for my trouble.

I've had it happen only once and MIS did pay me full fee - no questions.
