NASCO/Citi Bank

I have only received 1 call from them this week. Checked another board and there is a post there as well.

Have any of you received calls from NASCO for Citibank HELOC loans, 30 pagers? I used to do 10-15 a week and within the past 3 weeks it has stopped. I have called and their responce is they are not getting many work orders. I was wondering if it was just here in NV or all over?

TIA

I am still getting a few here in California, not nearly the number I got for the months of May and April. Big loss of income.

AS I said in my previous post, Citibank is switching from NASCO to Fidelity for their title company, for a lot of their loans. For me Fidelity is being handled by Banc Serv. They said they can only use NOtaries who will do Citibank fo $50.00, no more. Also They arrive by Fed -ex so we lose the extra e-doc fee. It sucks.

J, how do you know this? I have not only noticed a big drop in signings from them but I noticed that the 800 number no longer says you can call Citibank directly. I am going to ask one of the schedulers. This is bad news!

I know this because I do a lot a Citibanks at a brokers office. When NASCO was having problems she told me Citibank was going to switch to Fidelity. When Banc Serv started calling for Citibanks at the same office, I talked to them about it too.
