Precision Closings

As usual, Precision Closings fails to follow through with their own statements. Ryan promised to pay a $250 fee, but failed to correctly write down the price as a single digit. Instead, for a dual loan, Precision decided to only pay $150. Although Precision was notified prior to the signing of the error in the work order (and the notary assured that the price was $250), Precision has decided to refuse to honour their price.

This is not the first time Precision has done this to not only this notary/lawyer, but also to many other notaries. Save yourself time and aggravation - - Stay far, far away from Precision Closings. They are not a reputable company.
