hplaserjet 2550n
hi, I ahve a hp laserjet 2550n with dual tray. I set it up to tell it what paper is in wich tray, but for some reason it does not reconize my settings. I called hp and let me tell you that they do not have no idea what they are saying. If any one has this printer and can help me, I would appreciate it. Thank very much.

Did you set the trays up in the HP Toolbox (I don't have your model so I am just assuming you have a toolbox utility or something like it). Also, I find that if I output an Adobe Acrobat file, I need to check the box that says choose paper source by PDF page size (something like that). I called HP when I first got my Laserjet 1320tn. They were helpful but did not know that the printer could switch back and forth from letter to legal to letter without a special code set. In any event they at least took me to the toolbox and I played around from there. Good luck.
