loan signing

When we do loan documents for borrower, some forms the borrower needs to sign such as in "Truth in lending disclosure", "Notice of right to cancel", "note...", but we don't have to do "The Acknowledgment", so do we charge $10 for a signature for that? Or we charge only when we do "The Acknowledgnent"? Thank you for your answers.

Hi Linda welcome to the boards. There is a ton of information on fees and rates in previous posts. Click the orange search button and look up "fees", and "rates". Also look up post 33325. You'll find that we charge an all inclusive fee for loan packages and not a per notarization fee. If a borrower hires you then I would charge them what I would charge a Title Company. Look up "TC fees".
