List of Documents

I would like a list and basic description of the common documents found in a loan package. Where would I find that? (I'm disappointed in the loan signing class I took. I feel completely unprepared to sit down with a borrower and give a brief description of what they're signing.)

If the you are disappointed with the class that you took. I would tell them that after the class you feel unprepared for a signing by not knowing what is in a loan package. Tell them to either give you the descriptions you are looking for or refund your class fee.
