Knowledgeable borrowers, not mislead about the terms, waiting ready and willing to sign the very small package and return envelope provided. Signing generally takes less than 15 min.
ALL you have to do is limit the travel.
I'll take all they care to send with the possible exception of EOM.

Jason, I'd like to recommend that you use some kind of map software (I use MS Streets and Trips) to QUALIFY your signings in the future before you accept and perform them.
In this case, knowing that there would be 1.5 hours travel involved, would you have accepted the $50 fee?
