Number of Mortgage Applications on the uprise

According to a USA Today article today, U.S. mortgage applications are on the increase this month.

Read it again...

It's seasonal....as the real estate market takes an uptick, so will PURCHASE mortgage applications. NSAs don't get all that many purchases as compared to refis & helocs.
