Query - Small Seller's packages

I did my first one of these yesterday for a group I feel sure others of you are also doing.

Naturally, the GWD had a notarial certificate (ack) on it. However, the owner's affidavit and the survey affidavit did not have a jurat or ack on them. I called and asked them if they meant to include a jurat since the affidavits said, "...being sworn upon her oath..." type language. I was told no....just notarize the sig on the GWD.

What do you guys think? Did you think they inadvertently left it out?
