Slow down in signings

Has anyone else noticed a big slow down in June and July so far in sigings? I have been so slow in Florida. I would like to hear from rest of state as well as national.

It's hard for me to say. I've taken 5 weeks of vacation since May, so the last three months for me are "off" by choice. In May I worked 12 days and did 25 jobs. In June I worked 12 days and did just 19 jobs. July is looking pretty good for me, but June did seem to show a slow down.

CA is d-e-a-d! used to get about 30 signings a month, now, maybe 5. But according to the powers that be, there is supposed to be a refi boom in August. i wont hold my breath.
