WHICH Precision Closings?

I hear there's one in MI and one in CA. Which one is the BAD one? Thanks.

i deal with the one in california. They dont pay really good, I get about 150 each, but they are EXTREMELY reliable regarding payment. I think one time over the past 3-4 years i didnt get paid, and when i called regarding it, they overnighted a check.

Wow! Brian you get a lot from the CA one. I cant get them to go above 50.00 I only did one for them last year and it turn out a no sign. But they keep calling for 50.00 dollar signings.

Although fees may be related to area, and lack of qualified agents in an specific area,
I have found though my own experience that once you accept a low fee from a company,
they tend to keep you at the low fee.
Of course, that only applies to experience as well.
