Hi Della check this link:
http://outlet.us.dell.com/ARBOnlineSales/topics/global.aspx/arb/online/en/InventorySearch?c=us&cs=22&l=en&s=dfh
Look for a duo processor, with 1g of ram and a wireless card. A good one will be a intel pro 3495 wireless card.'
I hope the link worked for you.
I bought mine there, is a refurbished one and it works great! And it came with a full year warranty just like a brand new one.

Dell refurb cost more than
their new one sometimes. The main thing is your budget and what your need/usage. Let me know if I can help. I've been trading (off-leased, surpluses) computers & printers on the side for over a year now.

Re: Dell refurb cost more than
You are right Andy. Sometimes they are. But when I purchased my laptop, I saved almost 500.00dollars compared to a brand new one with same equipted. I wanted a 17 inch, with the true life widescreen, lot s of ram and a big HD.

I have connection to wholesalers and could probably beat what you find out there with a small commission fee.

I have 2 Apple iMac 12" notebooks. Got both off ebay for less than $1000. Both have Airport installed and get high speed internet access everywhere.
