I did a closing in July and still have not been paid. No return phone calls. Anybody else has had a problem with them?

They tried to solicit me, but I was onto their balogney, after researching them here.
They owe an attorney signing agent (here on nR) a bundle.
Where are you in FL, E?
I am just wondering if we are in the same neck of the woods.

They do stink! I had to make numerous phone calls to get my money from them. Then they say that part of the delay is because they sent my check to the wrong address. However, I think that is a crock, because instead of XX01, they sent it to XX07, which is my next door neighbor and we exchange mail that is delivered incorrectly. The signing was on June 10th, and they finally cut a check for me on August 11, 2006. Still took about a week to get to me.

AKA Signing Star. They have had a bad rep for a long time. (As Signing Star). When they re-named the company, they tried to tell people that they weren't owned by the same person, they had bought Signing Star out, etc, but a look on the SOS website shows all they did was change the name of the company.

Yeah. Did two (an origination and loan for the same couple) and then fought for months to get paid. I now tell them that I'm "busy" when they call. Eventually they'll quit calling.
