Accurate Sign Ups

We did a closing for Accurate Sign Ups over three months ago. Still have not paid. Call after call and promise after promise - still nothing. This is a deadbeat company and I am about to test the collections process. Never done it before but the thought of someone stealing from our family is a pretty good motivator.

Great. Maybe they met my fee because they have no intentions on paying? I sure hope not. I did notice that their payment terms are 60 days??? I did a closing for them on 8/11.

I did 2 for them a couple of years ago, we were paid quickly because I knew all the people with the title company that did the loans and she knew that.
