Just a fyi, the situation goes on. They still have not paid and they failed to respond to the BBB. Their rating on BBB is down to "D". I have turned them over to a collection agency. I will let you know if anything comes of this.

Same for me - I really enjoyed working with them - they were so nice and easy to work with. Did you go through the NNA for the collection agency?

I thought I was reading my own posting! How are things progressing? I filed with the BBB and tunred mine over to a collections agency, too. I am filing small claims also. Have reported them to the 3 credit reporting agencies. That will stay with them for 7 years even if "disputed".
