Altair Signing Services a non paying SS

Does anyone have any dealings with this service? I did a closing June 10, 2006 and I haven't been paid. Anyone out there with good or bad experience?

They don't pay... read on to find out how I collected

I keep record of the Title Company and Escrow number. After 6 months of no correspondence, I finally contacted the TC. They paid me an agreed upon amount and swore never to use Altair again.

I am currently filing small claims court in order to secure judgement. I have filed with the 3 credit reporting bureaus and have a collections agency pursuing these deadbeats. My certified return receipt letter has come back unclaimed. My phone calls have gone unanswered. SCUM BAGS!
They owe me $170 from May 06. Keep me posted and I will do the same.
