BBB links on every company rarely tell us anything useful

Unless it shows something significant, I just don't see how BBB links on every single company that say practically nothing gives us any information that means anything. Just my opinion.

Which office??

They have several. The one in Livonia is wonderful. Great people to work with, fair pay. I've only worked a few times with other offices, but always a great experience.
