Another printer question/Brother
Once again I have another question. As I'm printing the pages are coming out black on the right side of the printer. Changed the cartridge, nothing. Went to Office Max thinking it could be the drum. They said NO. Any ideas what could be wrong? It's only 1 1/2 years old. I can't believe that I have to get a new one, it too young.

Was it that little slidy thing on the cartridge needing to go all the way left?

Re: Try This
Also, check for any sign of a left over paper jam like a torn piece of paper somewhere. If it is not that or the corona wire (the blue thingy), then all that is left is the drum being bad.
It doesn't hurt to blow or vacuum the dust out of the unit while you have the drum out or whenever you change the toner.
