Anybody have a blank invoice?
I looked under Search for "blank invoice" but it only came up with posts about Sox for some reason.
Am looking for a simple invoice where I can input minimal info..all except the amount.
Name of hiring entity and their address/phone. Bwr name/address/phone. Date of signing and number of notarizations.
Then I want to leave the amount blank because I won't know how many notarizations are involved yet until I arrive. Then I can handwrite the amounts in.
The online form I use insists on an amount in the last column.

Hi Betsy, I suspect you've already gotten one but if you use MS Word or Excel there are excellent invoices deisgninged tho use with those products. I like the Excel one because it extends all you figures for you. I use Quickbooks but sometimes I need aninvoice for things that woldn't go into quickbooks and the MS templates are great.
