Are Notaries required for Foreclosure Notices ??????

I just read in the NNA monthly magazine that some of the baks are hiring notaries for some tasks in the foreclosure process - like putting foreclosure notices on the homes which are in default. I sincerely do not want any body's home to go for a foreclosure and not trying to take advantage, just looking what services we can offer to the banks. Thanks for any inputs on this one.

You have not one thing to do with whether or not someone's property is in foreclosure.

Banks have notaries, usually many notaries. Not sure where you think your opportunity might be, but there is nothing wrong with finding business.
