BBB allows someone to file only ONE complaint per company
per year. Does this sound correct? About 30 days ago I filed 2 complaints against CNI about not paying 2 different invoices but only 1 closed so I inquired about it and am told via email from the BBB that the BBB only allows one complaint per company per year. (I would never have completed the second assignment but of course they were within a few weeks of each other so at the time of the second I wasn't concerned yet about the non-payment of the first.) And yes, I did a search on this subject and didn't find anything.
