Background screening

Does anyone have any information on the new federal background screening for Notary Signing Agents?

I was on the National Notary Association Website for the collection agency and noticed the blurb.

Hi Cheryl, This has been discussed a few days ago, so I did a search for you. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the most recent topics are not showing tonight.

I'll give it another whirl using different search criteria and try to find it for you.

nothing from the few places I do signings for. I am not sure if Penn. does a b/g check for new notaries. Does anyone know?
