Certificate of Residence of Mortgagee

Is the NSA considered to be the Mortgagee's Duly Authorized Attorney or Agent?? Please help me with this document. This one always confuses me. This is a witness signing. Thanks

You're a notary - you're not an attorney and not the closing agent - besides, the Mortgagee is the lender.
