Closing Quest" and "Land Pro"
Has anyone heard of either of these companies? Feed back appreciated. Also could someone tell me how to print a monthly only copy of the Rec. Calend. on NotRot? Thanks for your help.

Thanks so much. After having so much bad luck lately getting paid by others, I am getting very cautious. Thanks again Lisa

Liz, I like the CQ folks really well as people. However, you may want to look at their no-sign fee before you accept a job. If I remember correctly it's either non-existent or VERY low. Love Jonas, Todd, Frank and Beth and we used to do tons of work for them. However, we arent' doing much for them these days.

Thanks Melissa, I really appreciate your response. I will remember what you said about the no-sign ( if and when I ever get one ) Have a good evening and a great tomorrow!

Re: Closing Quest - nice people, paid as agreed, but....
Once Frank left, they have begun offering me $50 + $25 for e-docs. (Used to be $100 +$25) Too low a fee IMO. The last 3 I accepted, I had already printed out, and was promised print fees that I have not yet received. Nice people, for certain, but it looks like they are going to low-ball fees.

Meant to say
I printed them out but for one reason or another, all 3 were cancelled last minute. I was promised the print fee would be added to the next appointment, but they cancelled prior to appt, to. The last call I got I was offered $75 for closing + e-docs. Up until 2006 I liked working with them and thought their fees were fair

LIZ/VA: One month rescission calendars are available ...
... on other Sites. One training company in particular has two months per PDF page.
Because the Sites could be considered competition, I'd suggest Google-ing for a selection of calendars. If you don't have any luck, send email to me with the month(s) you want and I'll see what I can do.

Re: LIZ/VA: One month rescission calendars are available ...
Thanks Ernest, it was so nice of you to offer your help. I believe NNA still has the calendar by month, but I thought since I was on this page so much, it would be easier to get it from here.No problem I can live without monthly. Most of my signings already have dates in it , I just like to confirm and also sometimes find it helpful tool to show to borrowers, if they do not understand what 3 business days mean. Have yourself a great day! Thanks again

P.S. Maybe I missed something before. I just went to "The Library" tab and found a recission print out. Has this always been there? I am rather new member so maybe I had missed it before as I was still finding my way thru things.

Re: Closing Quest" BEWARE! They do not pay their notaries.
Have owed me money for several signings since April; no pay.
