Collection Query: Steve Scraggs

I'm having trouble collecting from Steve Scraggs (IDd himself as "Independing Couriers of Orange County" for an April 11, 2006, signing. I don't have an address and the only phone number I have just rings and rings. The borrower was a celebrity, so I'd imagine the lender would want to keep her happy. I've contacted the escrow company via email. Any other suggestions, contact info, etc.? The only reference to him I find here is another mention of an 80-day past-due balance for someone else. Too bad I didn't dig that up before the signing!

You could try a collection letter to him and cc: all involved in the transaction saying if you do not receive payment by _____you will have no other recourse but to file suit and you will be using your Journal with said celebs name and siggy as evidence. I doubt any of them would want that can of worms opened. I found a great deadbeat letter, if you need it email me.

This info as of 10/2004 - I got docs plus a check for $100 for the appointment (paid in advance!), however, he gave me the wrong address for the appointment it was a no show - provided correct address for second meeting with borrower, but never paid my invoice for the second trip, contrary to my understanding with him. Here is all the info I had on him:
