E-Title - Anything new on this company?...

Did a search but the recent thread was "interrupted" (for lack of a better word)..<G> Got a call from them to do a short signing 47 miles away on Tuesday - rescheduled a doctor's appointment to accommodate them and they haven't responded to any of my 3 calls back to them nor have they e-mailed me a confirmation.

Any help is appreciated.

Good Morning,

What I've read on another notary board, is that some notaries
receive payments quickly, and others are not paid at all.
On this notary forum, do a search on Stewart Mortgage, and
it will show E-Title as well.

Stewart Mortgage/E-Title's telephone number is 1-800-808-5948.

Thanks Pam - as I said I did a search but the most current thread was "interrupted" - I was hoping to bring out further more current information about them -

I just find it odd that they call me for the signing, agree to have me clear my afternoon for them, then never return my calls -

Oh well - thanks for your input anyway - I'm going to assume I now have an open day Tuesday...

I agree with you. This company doesn't sound that good.
Warning lights are flashing!

Now, regarding the other notary board. It specializes
(so to speak) in the listing of "good" and "bad"
companies. It informs notaries to "Beware". ("smile"
It is a good reference board.

Thanks for the offer - I'll keep your e-mail address on file if I ever run into a situation where i can't get the info I need. I, too, have several boards I refer to but rely heavily on the advice on this board - for the most part I get good solid advice here and between the postings and the search feature there's not much I can't learn right here.
